• Nudity & Sexually Explicit Content: Profiles containing adult content, pornography, or promoting sexual services will be banned immediately.
• Fraud & Scams: Impersonating others, phishing for credentials, or running deceptive schemes to defraud users is strictly prohibited.
• Spam & Harassment: Continuous unwanted messaging, harassment, or using automated tools to violate Instagram's service terms.

Linkmerce respects the intellectual property rights of others.

• Usernames: You may not claim a username that is a trademark of another brand or person unless you are the authorized representative.
• Content: You retain ownership of the content you post, but grant Linkmerce a license to display it on your public profile.

3. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms at our sole discretion, without prior notice or refund for paid subscriptions.
